2. Information we handle
If you submit a project enquiry, the form collects your name, email address, optional company name and message. A submission timestamp is stored with the enquiry. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential credentials in your message.
The website and its hosting infrastructure necessarily handle technical information, such as an IP address and request details, to return pages and maintain security. Any production access logs, providers and retention periods must be confirmed when hosting is selected.
Essential cookies protect the contact form and support the submission confirmation. A local browser preference remembers your analytics and marketing choices. See the cookie policy for details.
Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel are planned but disabled until their IDs are configured and their setup reviewed. Optional tools require permission as explained in the cookie policy. There is no newsletter signup or account registration. Fonts and website images are served locally. Links to other websites do not load their content until you choose to visit them.
3. Why we use your information
We use enquiry information to understand a request and communicate about a possible project. Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, the proposed lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering that contract. For enquiries on behalf of an organisation, the proposed basis is legitimate interests in handling relevant business communications.
Operating and protecting the website may rely on legitimate interests in maintaining a reliable, secure service, subject to an appropriate assessment. A legal obligation may apply where records must be retained by law. The controller must confirm and document the applicable purposes and lawful bases before launch.
An enquiry is not consent to unrelated marketing. There is no automated decision-making implemented in this application. Planned advertising measurement may involve provider profiling when enabled with permission; the details must be reviewed before activation.
5. Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you may have rights to access your information, correct it, request erasure, restrict processing, object to processing or receive certain information in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Not every right applies in every situation.
Use the privacy email above to make a request. We may need proportionate information to establish identity. Requests are normally answered within one month, with any permitted extension explained.
You can raise a concern with us and may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office through the ICO complaints service. This does not require using our enquiry form first.
6. Changes to this notice
We will update this notice when the website’s data handling changes. The version date appears above. Any new analytics, marketing or third-party integrations need an updated assessment and appropriate visitor information before they are enabled.
