1. About these terms

These draft terms cover use of the Westwood Digital Solutions website. Westwood Digital Solutions operates as a sole trader. The proprietor’s full legal name, business address and VAT status must be confirmed before public use. Contact hello@westwooddigitalsolutions.co.uk. See the business details in our privacy policy.

These are website terms, not a complete contract for design, development, hosting or support services. A project requires separate written agreement identifying the parties and its scope, fees, payment terms, delivery stages, ownership, licences, support, cancellation and other applicable terms.

2. Enquiries, quotations and pricing

Submitting an enquiry or requesting a call does not by itself create a service contract, reserve a delivery slot or commit either party to a project. We may ask for further information before proposing a scope.

No fixed or indicative prices are currently published. Any future “from” price or range should describe its scope, exclusions and tax treatment and should not be treated as a quotation for every project. A project quotation will identify the agreed work and commercial terms.

Website content is general information and may change. Decisions about platforms, integrations, schedules and ongoing support depend on the agreed project requirements.

3. Content, concepts and intellectual property

The site contains illustrative website and application concepts. They are not claims of commissioned client work or verified business results. Any figures in mockups are sample data. Photographic header images are AI-generated illustrations, not photographs of actual Westwood staff or client engagements.

Branding, text, designs and software may be protected by intellectual property rights. Rights belong to their respective owners and remain subject to applicable licences. Third-party fonts and photographs are used under their respective licences; this website does not grant a separate licence to reuse those assets.

You may view the site for personal use or to evaluate our services. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit site content without permission or another lawful basis. Any rights in commissioned work will be addressed in the separate project agreement.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, impersonate another person or use the enquiry form for unlawful or abusive communications. Provide accurate contact details and avoid submitting passwords, payment-card information or other sensitive information.

Links to external resources are provided for convenience. Their content, terms and privacy practices are controlled by their operators.

5. Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep information useful and the website available, but uninterrupted access, complete accuracy, search rankings or particular commercial outcomes are not promised. This website is not a substitute for advice on your own legal, commercial or technical circumstances.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where that would be unlawful, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Any mandatory consumer rights continue to apply. Project-specific responsibilities and any lawful liability limits belong in the agreed service contract.
